Fairs.
So we have had the opportunity to perform at many fairs.
And I remember being with Tom Shalhoub and driving up to the Allentown Fair and, you know, making an initial observation about how people will go on these unsafe rides after they've eaten the most unhealthy food in the world.
You know, it's like, you know, what would make me sick is if I had like a deep fried Oreo before I went on this roller coaster that I'm sure is missing a couple parts.
And so.
But when you're a kid, you don't think about that at all.
You don't at all.
Because, you know, all those thrill seeking places like now, like we'll go to like a nicer amusement park, but you're still seeking the same thrill, like that, that feeling of like almost dying.
Yeah.
We're all seeking that same thrill.
As a kid, you don't realize that at the fairs you are almost dying.
Right.
And.
And that was one of the topics that I really couldn't figure out was this notion that we, no one wants to die, but we love the feeling of almost dying.
Right.
Which is what we get at amusement parks and fairs.
And we should point out like the stick of butter joke is, I think that was like a last minute change.
Yeah, because the stick of butter was part of the setup.
It was part of it.
It was like deep fried Oreos, deep fried butter, deep fried puppies.
And I was like, no deep fried puppies.
Well, yeah, it was like.
Like just don't even, it's funny, but it's just too dark.
But it was funnier when I was like, it's wrong.
I mean, it's delicious, but it's wrong.
Yeah.
But it was, it wasn't worth.
It was a groaning, it was a groaner.
It wasn't worth the consequences.
Right.
You know, that's some of it is like, sometimes you can be so shocking, but you know, if someone, you know, if you lose them, you lose them for a significant amount of time.
It wasn't more, it wasn't like people were with it, but they were just going, oh, you know what I mean?
Yeah.
And like, how many reactions do you want?
You know what I mean?
It's not really your thing.
That's right.
That's not what Jesus would want.
