You're listening to Big Machine Radio, and we are celebrating the 10th anniversary of Taylor Swift's Fearless album. We're actually flashing back as we play every song on the album and hearing from Taylor back then. What was she thinking when she was writing these songs? Where was she at in her head and her heart when she was making this album? And I think one of the reasons that Taylor has always been so hugely successful is because she's always written about what she knows at her age. She was never trying to write older or sound older. She was sharing the exact same emotions that so many young women her age were experiencing. I think that me being young and writing about what I've actually gone through and writing about my experiences in high school has I guess allowed younger people and people my age to relate to the music that I'm putting out. Older people than I am also come up to me and are like, I love this album and everything, but I think that my age has been able to bring in a younger audience, I guess, which I'm very thankful for, and I'm not trying to be older or get to do things that older people do. When that moment happens where I'm 25, I'll live in that moment. But right now, this moment is the best moment I've ever lived in in my entire life. I am certain that there are plenty of people who related to this song when they heard it on Taylor Swift's Fearless album. This is You're Not Sorry on Big Machine Radio.
