Okay, welcome to this first session. This is all about controlling the first part of the mind, the first frontal part of the mind. It's the part where you see all your thoughts accumulate, they come in through the brainstem, they go and they accumulate in this frontal part of your mind. This is where everything originates from and it's where everything goes from and disappears from. So if we deeply focus on this part of our mind, we start to see, once we start to feel different things, we start to feel emotions that are happening throughout the day, we start to feel sensations, touches, smells that we have felt during the day, we start to feel them all coming up and you want to center them, you want to focus on them in this first part.
