But when that happens, just take a second.
Take a breath.
If you can, forget yourself for a while.
Maybe listen to your footsteps as you walk down the street.
Or look and count all of the different colors around you.
And let the air fill your lungs.
Then breathe it out again, letting it mix with the world around you.
And don't be so hard on yourself.

Don't blame yourself.
