Oh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I would like to welcome all of you,
the masters,
the yogis, and the yoga practitioners.
My name is Ram.
The next class will be about the completion of yoga.
In fact,
the purpose of practicing posture is to achieve stability in the posture.
But meditation has to sit for a long time.
So to get such stability,
the six-month portion of yoga,
it will help us to have stability
to sit in a position for a long time.
That is the purpose of
practicing the postures.
We are practicing the postures.
It's called asana sitting,
which means sitting in a position
or keeping a position for a long time
to achieve asana sitting.
We are practicing the postures
And you can train as you can to improve your movement,
to sit in a position for a long time.
And it helps you to move it to a deeper and faster state of meditation.
So meditation is the most important thing,
and everybody has to practice it.
Even though we have many techniques of meditation, But the simplest,
easiest,
and most scientific way is to sit comfortably,
and observe your breathing normally.
That is the best technique.
That is the simplest technique.
So sit comfortably, observe your breathing.
When you do it,
you don't need any time limit.
You can do it at any time of the day, any time.
Anytime,
anyplace,
and any moment is a wonderful time.
Namaste,
my dear friends.
Till now we practice yoga.
Now we will know about meditation.
Because meditation is the most,
most,
most important thing in the science of yoga.
In the science of yoga,
we have eight of eight things.
Yama, Niyama, Asana,
Pranayama,
Pratyahara,
Trahana,
Trarana,
and Samadhi.
So in all of these,
doing the posture is the most important thing,
and practicing breathing exercises is the second most important thing.
And if you want to go deeper and higher,
is the highest level,
and it's also extremely essential,
extremely important in yoga science.
So according to yoga science,
the first thing we need to practice is the Triyam Sukara Manam posture.
The posture should be very comfortable,
easy,
and relaxed.
No need to strain your body,
no need to strain your joints.
Just let all your joints be relaxed.
That's asana.
The first thing is posture,
sitting comfortably,
and putting your fingers together.
Usually people think that this mudra is used for meditation,
but actually the Moshay is for praying.
Whenever we meditate, we must join our hands together.
Why?
Because during meditation we will receive the energy of the universe, the space,
the energy needs to be circulated in the body.
So we should not keep any part of the body open,
so we need to close this circulation
and you have to put your hands together,
lock your fingers and gently close your eyes.
Slowly,
pleasantly,
So,
sit comfortably,
and relax.
Please close your eyes.
Now the second thing is pranayama.
In the Theravada, there is no exercise with breathing.
This is sukha maya pranayama.
Pranayama, means the most natural,
comfortable breathing exercises.
We don't need to hold our breath for a long time,
or breathe out deeply,
we just need to let the breath be natural.
Sukhameya,
means comfortable and easy.
Pranayama,
means regulating the breath,
or controlling the breath.
Here there is nothing to control,
just let the flow of the breath flow as you normally do,
as naturally and as naturally as you can.
Just pay attention to the breath.
It means inhale naturally,
and exhale naturally and gently.
Let your whole attention become one with the breath.
Let your mind follow the breath in and out in the nostrils.
No more thoughts.
Forget everything surrounding.
Forget the world around you.
You calm,
be still,
and aware of your natural breath.
Just you become a witness,
just you watch how your breath is moving in and out through your nostrils,
in the nose.
That is the second thing.
Prana,
Vajra,
being one with the breath,
is the second thing.
Then,
when you continuously get into the breath,
then slowly,
you will forget everything.
Your body and mind
and your mind will be completely relaxed.
And all of your thoughts,
all of your habits, your questions,
your here and there will be gradually stabilized.
In case your mind wanders somewhere, Again,
stop.
Observe your breath.
Again,
stop.
Observe your breath.
Here, the one lesson is
when our mind goes here and there,
become aware of that
and bring back your breath.
This is the only thing we have to do in the practice.
Then your mind will stand on your breath.
And slowly,
your oxygen demand,
your energy demand,
will be reduced.
reduce because we start calming and being calm.
So the breath will become slower,
slower,
and slower.
Simultaneously the red,
the rotten wall inside the mind
will be set down.
When the whole mind is empty,
when the mind becomes calm and peaceful,
called the thought-free stage.
It's called the meditation state.
In this state,
we will receive the cosmic energy.
And when our mind is empty,
we can access the outside
by energy as we can absorb.
The accumulation of this energy is called Pratyahara.
That's the third thing in the science of yoga.
When we observe the breath,
slowly the mind becomes empty.
When the mind becomes wide open,
we will receive the vast energy of the universe.
countdown.
my peace
about hey shut her
good although
until the mind becomes empty,
until the mind becomes still.
Please keep your eyes closed.
Do not keep your eyes closed.
If you open your eyes,
your meditation will fail.
you have to start again from the beginning.
So please,
just close your eyes.
Relax your body and mind.
And observe your breath.
and you are watching the breath.
He is soft,
natural,
and he is moving,
and he is moving,
and he is moving.
and bring your whole energy to the inside.
Breathing is the key to entering the meditation.
The breath is the gate to enter into meditation.
No more family,
no more business,
no more thoughts,
and no more sounds.
All the air you breathe,
make that energy access the cosmic energy.
Also,
energy is the source of all
living things on this planet.
It is the source for life.
It is everywhere in the universe.
But to access it,
our mind must be free.
Our mind must be awake.
All our health problems
and very little energy is needed.
We can access energy
in this long space of time in the meditation.
So that energy and it will flow into all the nadis or the energy tubes.
Then all of the blocks in this area will be gradually removed.
There are 72,000 energy tubes in our energy body.
This is called as the energy system.
If there
is full energy in this energy system,
then our physical being will be more healthy and more active.
If
there is no energy,
If there's not sufficient flow to a particular part of the body,
then we will face a sickness
in a particular part of the body.
we will get the energy of the vast universe.
So the energy flows into all the tubes,
into all the 72,000 tubes,
and then all the plugs will be cleaned.
clean.
Whenever the energy waves are cleaned,
the physical health of the body will be healed.
We can cure all the health problems in our body by doing meditation,
with the flow of energy in the meditation process.
Pratyahara means,
Prati means opposite.
Ahara means food or things that we eat.
we eat.
This energy is a replacement energy.
It's opposite to the food we eat in our body.
We have to eat every day and we also need to receive energy every day.
every day.
Food is to keep our physical body stronger.
And cosmic energy is to keep our physical body stronger.
and to keep our physical body healthy
and to keep our mind in a happy state.
Please close your eyes,
my dear friends.
Go deeper and deeper.
Let your whole focus go deep inside your own body.
The meditation is a journey inside,
a journey into the space inside us.
Forget the outer space,
forget the outer world.
and go deeper and deeper into the state of meditation,
into our nose.
Please keep your eyes closed.
Now we are going deeper into the state of meditation.
And we are all receiving the infinite energy of the universe.
And our whole energy system is now filling with this energy of the universe.
with the energy of this universe.
Whenever the energy system is full,
it will activate
all the hidden energies.
For example, the energy of the Kundalini,
or the energy of the Chakras,
and then all our thought of the far-off,
deep
in our life.
When the psychic energy
is from the lowest point of our life
to the top of our life,
all our far-off,
all our energy centers
will be activated.
In this stage,
slowly we will encourage our sense of light.
When the energy reaches
from the first chakra to the sixth chakra,
our third eye will be activated
and our whole attention will be concentrated
focus at the breast,
which is
called as Dharana.
Dharana means concentration,
and Dharana means
when the acquiescence,
extra self-consciousness,
the word dharana,
when we get the necklace,
dharana means that,
when we are in deep meditation,
When
the mind is completely concentrated and the center of the mind itself between the eyes,
the third eye will be activated.
We can understand our
life deeper.
This state is called the Tatharana.
The first thing is asana,
a comfortable position.
The second is Pranayama,
which means observing the natural breath.
The third is Pratyahara,
which means receiving cosmic energy.
The fourth is Parana,
due to the flow of energy.
energy.
All of our internal organs will be activated.
Like we have a fully healthy body,
including mouth, nose, ears, eyes.
Similarly,
we have internal organs,
also called or we can call it a spiritual organ.
These spiritual organs are inactive because we don't practice meditation,
because we don't absorb energy.
When we practice meditation,
we will energy.
When we absorb energy,
then the internal organs will be nourished by
this energy and they will be activated
and they will start working.
This state called
the Arana.
And this state of thoughtless,
and this state of the Arana,
no more thoughts,
no more sounds.
It's a very deep state of silence.
it's a deep, deep, deep tunnel.
And it's a deep tunnel
to go in our space.
Go deeper,
go deeper.
Please do not close your eyes.
of my voice.
During this stage,
when the spiritual organs of our acumen are activated,
they will start working.
we are observing, we are
watching with our eyes and hearing with our ears.
In the same way,
when our spiritual mind is activated,
actually there's so much in our world
with the mind,
with the love.
means you can see with the third eye.
The third eye is the main spiritual organ,
the main step towards understanding our life deeply,
our spiritual life deeply.
Go deeper and deeper.
It is your time
to realize us.
It is a time to draw all our energies from the universe.
What a great thing to be able to draw the energy from within.
Meditation is the most essential need in human life.
Meditation gives you perfect health.
and keep your mind always in a joyful state.
If we go more and more deeper into the state of Tiharana,
then slowly we will reach the next stage.
Tiana.
Tiana means Ti and Yana.
Ti means spiritual intelligence.
Yana means journey.
This day,
the Dhyana means a life journey of the spiritual and the physical.
This is not the mind of the object,
it is the mind of the spirit.
And we have a higher meaning of Dhyana.
DI means the combination of the subtle bodies of higher bodies.
YANA means journey.
When we are in deep meditation,
when we cross the state of YARANA,
Then all of the higher bodies,
like the astral body, the spiritual body,
the cause body, and the super-cause body,
will get sufficient energy.
So they can travel across the entire universe.
They can travel through time.
to the time.
They can travel to the space.
So Dhyana means meditation means a journey with our subtle bodies,
with our higher bodies.
subtle but they are higher than our physical body.
That's why when
we travel,
we can see weird things.
Then we can see so many realities,
so many different ways,
so many different realities.
Now we are all going to go into the state of meditation,
into the state of Jhana.
final minutes.
Please,
do not open your eyes.
Just be a witness.
Just observe what is going on.
you're not doing anything,
just watching,
accepting,
experiencing.
In the state of Dhyana,
during the state of meditation,
we will acquire a
lot of spiritual
experiences
and spiritual wisdom,
spiritual spiritual knowledge.
Then we'll start to understand that we are not just a body,
just an outcome, just a mind,
where we start to understand that ourselves as consciousness,
is the energy.
This is called spiritual spirituality or spiritual intelligence.
When you have the spiritual wisdom,
your lifestyle,
your attitude,
your understanding of life
will completely change.
You're going to understand that you are an eternal consciousness,
an eternal soul.
And you're going to understand all living entities are energy.
All new kind of energy.
and the whole body of all the species on this planet is ours.
Spirituality will give you a wide understanding.
When you have a wide understanding of your life,
then everything will change in your life.
Your health will become better.
Your wealth will become better.
You will live in a state of happiness
always being in a state of happiness.
And you will become the effectiveness of your daily activities.
When you understand that you are a living entity,
all your actions will become stronger
and you can achieve all your goals,
all your goals in your life.
Every health problem,
every emotional problem,
every failure in life,
in life is due to lack of energy,
deficiency within the energy system.
Meditation provides you with a rich energy.
So
meditation is the most important thing in the science of yoga.
you can still do the meditation.
It is very easy and simple.
Just close your eyes and follow the breath.
and follow the breath.
When you do this meditation regularly,
then slowly your mind,
your spiritual state
will grow a lot.
and all that you see in your life,
like who am I?
What's the purpose of my life?
What is the definition of my life?
So when you have answers,
when you get answers for all the questions in your life,
It is the final stage, called Samadhi.
Samadhi.
Samadhi means
state of no more question.
If you stop completely,
it's the dogma.
You are in the whole universe.
whole universe.
A state of not me.
You will become the whole universe.
You will become one with the whole universe.
That is the final stage of meditation.
It's called Samadhi.
One last moment.
Bring yourself into the deep state of Samadhi.
all yama and niyamas.
Then you can follow the universal laws and self-observances.
That's also the outcome of our meditation.
So asana,
pranayama,
pratyahara,
dharana,
jhna,
and samadhi.
Then,
nirvana and niyama.
you will become a responsible person in the family, in the society.
Five seconds.
Four.
Three.
two,
one.
Okay.
Now,
just close your eyes.
Slowly,
take your hands out
and put your palms
Slowly open your eyes,
look into your palms.
Look into your palms.
for this meditation today.
More.
More.
Thank you.
Then when we clap more,
the blood flow and blood circulation
you will be free from the attachment to the body.
All of the body's functions will become normal.
So then we're doing the meditation,
we're moving beyond the consciousness of the body.
We're moving into the spiritual energy.
Meaning we're forgetting our physical body.
to do the least amount of activities.
So no matter when we leave the body,
we have to give a hand immediately
to bring our consciousness back to normal life
and to make all the body functions back to normal.
Everyone has to do this,
has to practice meditation.
Nowadays people are thinking yoga means doing poses.
Doing poses is just a kind of guide,
a kind of education system.
Doing poses is not doing poses is just the beginning of yoga.
must practice meditation along with the practice of the poses.
Then,
from there,
complete yoga will be completed.
If not,
then all of our time will be spent on the
second body.
We have to pass the first asana,
the first pranayama,
then Prajna, Hara,
Dharana,
and then Samadhi.
You have to practice every day.
All the meditation,
all the breathing exercises, and meditation.
But the rest of it happens during your practice.
If you practice daily yoga and meditation every day,
then you will slowly understand
you will understand who you are and what your life is for.
Then when you understand yourself,
you will be able to control your life.
You will be able to control your mind.
Then you can follow the universal morality of the universe,
like Yama.
And that means the practice of the mind itself,
all the observations, are activated.
So self-discipline and rule of mind is a result of the practice of meditation.
If you can make everything become a reality every day,
you don't need to go to yoga or meditation anymore
because your life is not in your control.
So you have to practice yoga,
practice meditation to get control of your life.
Please do yoga,
do meditation everyday.
For meditation,
no pressure,
any time,
any place,
you can do it at any time,
any place.
If you practice potions,
you have to take precaution.
But just meditation.
You only got one space.
You have light,
the light,
and just close your eyes,
observe that,
and
I hope
all of
you will practice yoga
and understand the meaning of life.
Thank you.
Thank you.
