Everybody's out there moving on the dance floor,
Bopping to the festival beats.
All the happy faces looking at each other,
Giving easy on their beats.
While the earth-bender yelps and the old-man lady,
It looks like they've done this before.
The whole tent is rocking,
there's no time for talking,
The friends are shouting out for more.
People come from miles just to hear the music,
It's a holiday of festival fun.
They come in their cars,
with tents and caravans,
Hoping for that holiday sun.
But weather doesn't matter,
the draw is the music,
They enjoy it in sunshine or rain.
They come to spectate,
or to participate,
Cause that is the name of the game.
When the music starts,
everyone's part,
Clapping to the festival beat.
Sitting at the table,
swaying to the music,
It's a perfect place for people to meet.
The ones on the dance floor are moving on the grooving,
While orchestras are playing on stage.
All the people here have caught the atmosphere,
Young and old, it doesn't matter what age.
They're here all night and in the afternoon,
But mornings are the time to rest.
And in the camping sites,
accordions may be playing,
At any time,
cause everything is fest.
There's barbecues and beer,
sandwiches and food,
To be had most any time of day.
There's friendship all around,
many new friends to be found,
Cause everyone enjoys their stay.
When the music starts,
everyone's part,
Clapping to the festival beat.
Sitting at the table,
swaying to the music,
It's a perfect place for people to meet.
The ones on the dance floor are moving on the grooving,
While orchestras are playing on stage.
All the people here have caught the atmosphere,
Young and old,
it doesn't matter what age.
