بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِIn the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.أَلَمْ نَشْرَحْ لَكَ صَدِرَكَHave we not expanded Thee Thy breast?وَوَضَعْنَا عَنْكَ وِزْأَرَكَAnd removed from Thee Thy burden?الَّذِي أَنْقَضَ ظَهْرَكَThe which did call Thy back?وَرَفَعْنَا لَكَ ذِكْرَكَAnd raised high the esteem in which Thou art held?فَإِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرَىSo verily, with every difficulty there is relief.إِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرَىVerily, with every difficulty there is relief.فَإِذَا فَرَضْتَ فَانْصَبَTherefore, when Thou art free from Thine immediate task, still labor hard.وَإِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ فَارْغَبَAnd to Thy Lord turn all Thy attention.
