Sometimes you just need to take a break, sometimes you have to really listen to your body, because I feel like your body really sends you messages and signs and alarms you. Sometimes you just need to take a break, sometimes you need to take a step back, sometimes you need to do absolutely nothing. Drop it in a second. Not leave it, just drop it for that moment. Listen to your body, listen to the signs, listen to the way you feel, listen to your energy, your vibrations. What's your body trying to tell you? And if it's telling you you need a break, take a break. It's okay.
