I've been hit by a bus, I'm confused, I've had the worst dreams, what is, what is the universe trying to tell me right now? I feel like ***, I don't know what's going on, I don't feel myself. Do you ever just wake up and feel like that? I think that's extremely important to just write down how you feel and to know that it's okay. Every feeling, good, bad, positive, negative, is valid. Just accept it, understand it and nurture it, but it's okay. It's perfectly normal, remember that.
