The boys at school taught us about a gang
Made us join the party
My brother and Thomas, two quiet lads
Took me along for the ride
The adventure was long, but so we believed
Until we caught up to them
They gave me a bottle, told me to drink
Said it was coke, but was in fact piss
And the red glove gang were never discovered
In a sleepy little village
I wonder what those boys are doing now
And later on, a fire happened
Down the back of the park
One of them came around
Gave my brother a lighter
It was green and said, * you on the side
Kept it in his drawer, hid it out of sight
Scared that any moment
Would be visited by a fuss
And the red glove gang never came out again
We never spoke to them either
Hope those boys got the fright of their lives
