In rose gardens, dust cleansed a monarch's mark
Loved by a passing bard, serenade
The midst-wandering beast in twilight's cascade
Cleanse gardens and a lion's gate
Palace adorned fit for a queen's fate Braided hair,
springs and lilac glues
And fire and fountains
under crescent moons

millennium's praise On her lips,
ancient verses blaze
As the grand star breaks through the night
Our southern realms bask in its light
Under purple pavilions,
an
emperor's plight Lonelier,
still in the cool of the night
Given to light the dark
As the night's canvas becomes its maw
