It's another Sunday morning somewhere in the South
Church bells ring and the worshippers go out
Holidaymakers,
families and friends head for their destination out of town
Martin Bryant got two weapons, SKSAR-15
There's two already dead at Seascape as he leaves the scene
He parks his car,
eats a meal at the Broad Arrow Cafe
The diners had no clue what was to be
He reaches in his sports bag,
pulls the rifle out
Not many get to cover as he's firing all about
Still sitting at the tables, lying on the
floor There's 20 dead, he doesn't stop to count
He's heading towards the car park where the tourist buses wait
A driver and three others meet, the bullets fade
Drives down Jetty Road,
shoots a woman,
her two girls and four more at the toll gate
He takes a BMW,
he heads towards a store Kills another woman,
takes a man,
puts him
in the boot and locks the door Drives back to Seascape,
where he started from
Unlocks the boot and bang, there's one more
Now the police have got him surrounded, he's
holding them at bay
The place is all on fire when he comes out
the next day
They capture him alive, many wonder why
There's 35 dead as they lead him away
And it leaves me to wonder, this emotion is
too strong It leaves me to wonder what the hell is going
on It's one thing to be crazy, it's another to
be insane It's so bad that it's madness set loose again
Lord Arthur Hepburn, Columbia, Dunblane
Killeen Sanyasidro and there's many other names
Another widowed husband,
another lonely wife And little children left to feel the pain
And it leaves me to wonder,
this emotion is too strong
It leaves me to wonder what the hell is going on
It's one thing to be crazy,
it's another to be insane
It's so bad that it's madness set loose again
