This is called Blown in the Wind, I was saying.
I want to tell you a story about it.
I want to tell you a story a friend of mine told me
about Blown in the Wind.
He was upstate visiting a school,
somebody that went to college up there
who had a master's degree,
he was going to be a teacher.
And this friend of mine,
they were talking
and somehow the song Blown in the Wind came
up and this guy who's got a master's degree
and is going to be a teacher said,
I don't understand that song.
He said,
well, what
don't you understand about it?
He said,
well,
I don't understand the Blown in the Wind,
I don't know what that means,
that Blown in the Wind stuff.
And he said, well, what don't
you understand about the song?
He said, well,
he said, I don't know, I just don't quite
get it.
He said, well, we'll take it apart line by line.
He said, how many roads must
a man walk down?
He said, you understand that?
He said, yeah, I understand that.
He said,
he says,
well,
how many seas must a white dove sail?
You understand that?
He said, yeah,
I understand that.
He says,
well,
how many times was the cannonballs fly before they're
ever forever banned?
And he said, you understand that?
He said, yeah, he says, I understand
that.
He said,
what don't you understand about the song?
He said, well, I don't understand
the Blown in the Wind,
I don't know if that has to do with it.
He said, well, he said,
the answer,
he said,
is Blown in the Wind,
it's in the wind.
And he says, oh.
He said,
he said,
I thought,
I thought that he wrote the song and the song was written.
He said,
the answer is to blow into the wind.
And you'll find the answer.
Now, this guy's going
to be a teacher.
He's got a master's degree.
