We are revisiting Taylor Swift's Red album, which is celebrating its sixth anniversary. You know, one of the songs on this album is We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together. That song basically says there is not a chance, it is over, chapter closed, moving on. But the next song that we're going to play, I Almost Do, it's a little less cut and dry. So I talked to Taylor about the fact that when the relationship ends, it doesn't always mean that the feelings just go away. I Almost Do is a song that I wrote about the feeling of missing someone that you realize you're not supposed to be with, you know that it doesn't work out. It hasn't worked out, but it doesn't make you stop wanting to call them. It doesn't stop you from wishing you could run to them when you have a bad day. And all the times that I've wanted to do that, instead of doing it, wrote a song about it. And here's I Almost Do on Big Machine Radio.
