Hunchback in the park
Easy spread from a Sunday newspaper
Drinks his water from a cup
That the children left behind
The world seems to be blind
The only friends and company
In her lonely life
Are birds and dogs and distant cries
Hunchback in the dark
It's cold outside
He's sleeping in a doghouse
Picking lies from his eyes
As he feels the break of day
The mud turns softly grey
A picture of a woman's body
In his mind repeats
Satisfies his physical needs

Hey, Mr. Hunchback
Do you fear to face the end?
Do you know what it's like?
No!
Got time to pray
The queue is long on the judgment day
I don't care what preachers say
But if you ask me what I think
Of days that have been
Man is evil, that's what I see
I never spoke with God
Nor visited in heaven
But when I die
And when I leave this world of horror
My coffin's gonna be bigger
So I'll cause more trouble to the digger
And on the top of my grave
A heap so high
I'll be one step ahead
Towards the sky
