The growth that I'm seeing in Jaden personally,
and especially following on to some of the stuff
that I got in terms of the other mentors telling me
how he carried himself last week
and careers there as well, is phenomenal.

I'm hoping Jaden actually realises just
how much of a great young man he is.
Not just what he's becoming,
of course what he's becoming is powerful,
but already the great young man he is,
and that is brilliant.
Obviously,
we talk about the buzzwords like confidence,
belief and all of that,
but it's a different thing to say someone looks confident,
but to see the small nuances of how you carry yourself.
How do you greet people that you haven't
met before that are a similar age to you?
How do you greet people that you haven't
met before that are above your age,
that are supposed to have some sort of authority and celebrity,
and all of those kinds of things?
It's brilliant to see.
And the fact that he's sitting there next to me saying,
this will be my life,
right?
I will be on stages like this.
I will make impact in this industry.
That's a very big difference.
I want to do that.
And that is humongous.
And I want to celebrate Jaden for that.
Good that he could join us yesterday.
