Jingle bells, jingle bells, jingle all the way.
Oh what fun it is to ride in a one horse open sleigh.
Jingle bells, jingle bells, jingle all the way.
Oh what fun it is to ride in a one horse open sleigh.
Hi, Grandpa and Grandma.
This is Tommy.
We're making this sweater at Christmas time.
It was in 1958 in
Des Moines, Iowa.
Hi, Grandpa and Grandma.
This is Susan.
We have our manger set up, the one you gave us.
We would all love to have you here.
I feel much better after getting my tonsils out.
In my free time at school,
I just finished reading a book called Robinson Crusoe.
Also at school,
we are stringing popcorn for our Christmas tree.
Now I'm going to sing my favorite Christmas carol.
Hark the herald angels sing.
Glory to the newborn king.
Peace on earth and mercy mild.
God and sinners reconciled.
Joyful all ye nations rise.
Join the triumph of the skies.
Hark the herald angels sing.
Glory to the newborn king.
This is still Susan.
I'm going to interview Bruce now
and Tommy now.
Hi, what's your name?
Bruce.
How old are you?
Six. Bruce,
can you say hi to Grandpa and Grandma?
No. When does Santa Claus come?
He comes on Christmas night.
Do you have a big Christmas tree at home?
Yeah.
Do you like nuts, Bruce?
Yeah.
What's your favorite kind?
Peanut.
Who's your best friend?
Kikaw.
Who's your best friend?
Kikaw,
a kangaroo.
Who made you?
Kikaw, a kangaroo.
Bruce,
can you tell Grandpa and Grandma if we've had any snow yet?
Yes. How about singing a song for Happy Christmas?
Hey, you go on, Grandma.
Okay, I'll sing you a little song.
Here
comes the moon, the red rose.
By the way,
Bruce,
what was it you saw on the ceiling in the bathroom about a month ago?
Alpha fiber.
Tom is always telling moron jokes.
He's going to tell two of his favorites right now.
Come on, you can solve it.
Watch
the little moron in the big moron salute to
the refrigerator because it was dinner on
last week.
And watch the little moron throw the
butter out the window because he wanted
to see a butterfly.
Watch the little moron...
Hi,
this is Tom. I got another moron.
Watch the little moron throw the clock out the window.
He wanted to see time fly.
Tom, what have you been doing at school lately?
I know.
We have a tree in school and we pick
one decoration to put on the tree.
And we got some patterns and we put these on these pieces
of paper and we go over and we make a hole and we put
in strings and then tie them and stick one of those on
the Christmas tree and we got more paper decorations.
What do you enjoy most about school?
Working with the big block.
Tom,
why don't you tell Grandpa and Grandma about what
Dad got us that we've been eating lots of all week.
Okay, move over now, kid.
You've gotten it and the more we refill it,
the more nuts we eat.
Tom's going to sing a song now.
Yeah.
I know.
I know.
Now how does it go?
How does it sound?
Jesus loves me, this I know.
For the Bible tells me so.
Little ones are
to be strong.
They are weak, but He is strong.
Yes,
Jesus loves me.
Jesus loves me.
Well,
looks like it's about time to sign off.
Merry
Christmas and Happy New Year,
Grandpa and Grandma.
Mom and Dad send all their love,
hugs and kisses.
Now Tommy's going to sing his girl's song.
They like the Abs and the Cops.
Because we've got enough time left.
Out of the night when the full moon is bright,
here comes the cop.
Out of the night when the full moon is bright,
here comes the cop.
Hugs and kisses.
