the time the late and great Jimmy Rogers career came to an end,
another young fellow
by the name of Bob Wills was making preparations
unknowingly to become a legend in his own
time.
And somewhere around about 1934,
he formed a group called the Texas Playboys.
And with the help of some of these original musicians on this album,
we're going to try
to turn back the pages of time
and recapture some of the great sounds of the legendary
Bob Wills and the Texas Playboys.
