Another fairly obscure song from the album Innocence was the song Almost Home.And it was with Damien Girardot.And the few people I know who listen to the album and listen to the song,this was one of their favorite songs on the album.For some people, it's possibly even their favorite song of everything I've done.And so I was really glad to revisit it for repriseand to build this vocal pastiche of Novo Amor and Darlingside and Mindy Jones,you know, compared and contrasted with the...I actually did cheat a little bit.I added electric bass with some effects and I added electric guitar.So I broke my acoustic rule a little bit in a few places.But I feel like, you know, especially like Mindy and Novo Amor and Darlingsidejust delivered these vocals.That really just like reinforced the wonderful emotional qualities of the song.
